Actually yes. I said I don't do steroids. Now I feel a bit silly for that.

Show that pic again.
I'm just flexing my bicep. It becomes so hard that I can't move it with my thumb even if I tried.

My goal for this summer was 20in bicepts and a 400 lb bench. I won't make the 20in arms goal, atm they are 191/4, there is no way I can put another 3/4 on them in 3 months. As for the bench, close, but not sure if i'm gonna make that goal either.

Creatinine is used to measure renal funtion generally.

And even though its not the same thing as creatine, creatine is not a steroid.

Not even close.
:p

tnf, what is your opinion on creatine? Should I used it or not? Is it safe?

It's pretty effective, and I think its pretty safe for short term use, but who knows what we'll see 30 years from now with people who have been using creatine for years on end.

So I can do a cycle, wouldn't hurt me eh. Good stuff.

It isn't a steroid, you aren't "cycling".

Like feedback said, you don't do creatine cycles.

What i mean about short term safety is that I don't know what, if any, effects one might expect by using the stuff for years on end.

I used it for over a year straight in the past. You'll get some quick gains in weight (initially water, due to increased hydration of muscle cells) and some increase in strength quick. Your body's own creatine production is reduced or stopped when you take creatine also. Kicks back in when you stop.

And don't get too scientific or worried about all the fancy ways to mix and take your creatine to maximize absorption. Take it with a juice that has a decent glycemic index. Grape juice has long been recommended, but there are some who advise against it. I used it a carb drink that had a carb stack of simple sugars and oligo and polysachharides.

El naturale? If so congrats, they are some big guns. With a good nutritional regime and correct supplementation you can hit 20 inches in 3 months. Good luck to you.

I'll post this knowing that I'll catch shit from you guys. Hopefully it pushes me over the edge to do more about it but I doubt it. I'm unhappy but not to the point where I'm going to brave cold, rainy weather to go run.

6'6", 235 lbs. I would like to be near 200 lbs like I was at graduation.

Yes, all natural. I too used Creatine in the past but haven't taken anything for lifting in quite sometime. I would agree it's safe in moderation.....gives you very quick strength/size gains. Expect to feel a tad weaker when you stop taking it, I did a few years ago when I used it. No, I don't have a pic of my arms.
