And which OS would really be different in that category?boow wrote:how many times do they want us to buy dressed up windows nt that gets more bloated with every release. ok so more security updates and useless apps. I like the permission thing when you need admin access to something.
Ok, Keep it Real is an alter ego of BT. He got banned. He wants to be unbanned. Don't really know if it's just from here or many places, but there you go. Bt banned, wants unbanned, can't get it. Tada!!!eepberries wrote:what the hell is unban keep it real anyway? i see it all over fyad in the SA forums

new OS X releases/updates run (a bit) faster on your mac hardware in generalScourge wrote:And which OS would really be different in that category?boow wrote:how many times do they want us to buy dressed up windows nt that gets more bloated with every release. ok so more security updates and useless apps. Linux? Umm, no. Dunno about mac, don't really care.
Once you get used to OS X you'll never look back to Windows. I don't waste time anymore on setting up security, defragging the HD, installing and updating anti-virus programs, managing firewalls, cleaning up dll's and shit that programs left behind. Besides the eyecandy it has lots of functionality and the feeling that it's easy to use. I fire up my PC once in two weeks maybe, just to get updates for my windows mobile 2003 PDA. That's it.MKJ wrote:same. 21" iMac is where its at, to play about with \o/
I wonder what Leopard will bring. Apple's good with secretsDoombrain wrote:yeah, wait for 10.5. money well spent, you'll never look back
