There doesn't appear to be any gift icon beside HL2 and EP1 in my games list. Or has this simply not been activated yet?
When I ordered, it said it was installing the two games.. which obviously doesn't make any sense.

Something I've experienced: unless you're on an organized team, it seemed at first that you couldn't do very well with this game. But I have found playing medic to automatically create teamwork as long as you're doing your job. And your heals really are significant. If you go as a medic, it's actually really fun keeping people up as they take damage, and can make a huge difference.

I've never minded healing in games, so this isn't any different, but honestly, it's every bit as fun, if not more fun, than playing soldier or hw.

sadly i suck at team q3 mostly cuz i get all anxios about staying the fuc out of my teams way cuz i'm always badlucking out with that!

it's a lot of fun, uncomplicated and easy to get into (especially compared to regular tf). what i've seen of the maps is pretty horrible - they're very nicely textured and the prop models are spot-on, but it still has that fuck ugly hl1 feeling to the geometry.

I find this one very funny, as you can see a blue side spy is disguised as a red side engineer, and he is about to place an EMP leech on to the enemy red side turret. Brilliant. Moments like those I love.




For example I was a spy disguised as a sniper, I was on the enemy side hanging behind an enemy sniper and a doctor healing him. They didn't notice anything, they tough I was on their side. So I back stab the doctor, and the sniper doesn't notice anything. After I killed the doctor I disguised myself ans the enemy sides doctor. Now after that sniper needed some more health he turned around to me asking to be healed. Thinking I was the previous doctor that was healing him. guess what... WHAM BACK STAB !!

I love this game.

I wasted my fucking ubercharge on a enemy spy once.

I love getting healed by enemy medics, its brilliant. I am really in to the spy role, developed several ways to reduce the enemy teams suspiciousness.
Including how to pass those tough "identity checks" some guys do.
