Fuel mixture on a Non-flex fuel Programmed EFI would be the only issue that i can see..

for Carbs and junk, re-jetting the carb is all that is really needed.

as for the EFI part, a chip/remap of the ECU should take care of that.

Where do you think the ethanol comes from?

I read some report about how E85 actually has a larger CO2 footprint than ordinary gas, because of how it is produced. Can't be arsed to find it now though.
