However as to your claim the kids would choose an odyssey you're seriously grasping.
no not really, people in general love creature comforts and the odyseys have them in spades.

if u "educate" ur kids how they cant be "cool" in a van, then i guess somehow they might go against nature.

the odyseys r extremly comfortable and they have everything back there a kid can want

and vans simply cant be beat for the space they have back there and easy dooring.

think of all the extra lead pipe room!

isnt it attractive?

I have an Odyssey and it does just fine in the Minnesota winter. To say you need an SUV for winter is bullshit. Do they plow roads in Canada?

Please refrain from asking Sucrak questions about Canada. He'll somehow convince you that Canada is near Brazil and that everybody here does cocaine.

It's not just a lack of snowplowing come wintertime, there's also the problem of the road conditions being so horrid you need a 4x4 suspension if you want your car to last more than a few years. I'm dead serious about that btw... There's sections of road everywhere if you drive over going more than 10-20km/h you're going to have a bad time.

Plus I've owned cars, I get stuck somewhere at least once each wintertime (until the Jeep anyway). Sometimes I get snowed in at work, sometimes it's just a hill I can't get up etc... I laugh at cars and minivans now during bad weather.

But all that justification is nothing because what it boils down to is that minivans are fucking ugly. Convince yourself otherwise if you want but that's the awful truth.

Each step you take brings us that much closer to Brazil. Speaking of which I heard you were walking around the west coast last week.

Little Billy or Jenny could get picked up in a fuckin horse and carraige and they better like it or they can walk!

I don't get nice cars except for comfort options anyway....they're just a dick you drive around in. People spending tens of thousands of dollars to get to work or to Bobby's house is a big lol.

Real men get a motorcycle. It takes the place of your dick.
I actually want a motorcycle really bad. That aside, where are you from again? Because I'm in Canada and I don't know if you've heard but we have a rather large bit of land... Work isn't always within walking distance and the transit system here is almost non-existant. If you don't have a car, you can't keep certain jobs.

I agree with the whole picking up kids thing I was just kidding but I did read a study where kids had a definite preference and minivans were at the bottom.
Eh i'll have a car or light truck at different points too I think, depending on where I'm living. But what I won't have is some flash super duty blah blah that only sees a gravel road once a year. I've been using a motorcycle as my main form of transportation for a couple years now but I can borrow a suburban my parents have if I need to haul things or whatever so I have the best of both worlds I guess.

they haven't been made since the 90s and people are hanging onto them

by the time time I get a "light truck" it'll be what a full size one was then as opposed to the little classic pickups from the 80s/90s

small cab and regular bed is what I mean. I road in some dudes truck the other week that was a comfortable 5 seater with a massive bed and its just...wow.

Yeah but it's not like you do any work around the house, so that doesn't matter.
