Hobo With A Shotgun = 7/10 - Shit acting, shit audio, shit camera work (prolly shot in Super 8) and shit dialogue...but an entertaining movie if you shut your brain off and accept it for what it is: a crappy tongue-in-cheek film made by the same people who make Trailer Park Boys. Tons of gore.

Fat Pizza = 5.5/10 - Retarded....just fucking retarded. But hiliarious.

Source Code = 6.5/10 - Billions of plot holes but entertaining and - unlike M. Night Shamalamalaman's garbage - the twist was nicely done.

Rescue Dawn 6/10

One of the most mediocre Herzog films i ever saw (not that i've seen more than a handful). Not having a single interesting or sympathetic character didn't help at all, neither did the fact that there was no plottwist / moral dilemma / ethical issue to be dealt with. The forgetfulness factor was rather high, found myself struggling to remember name of the main dude halfway. I don't know, it just seems to me like when you deal with the prisoner in Nam type story, there's lots of ways to go with it rather than the usual one, seeing as it's been done in movies quite a lot of times.

In any case, it wasn't bad or anything, it just wasn't good. And there were a few pretty scenes, thus ... a meagre 6.

Meh i say.

Rather reminiscent of Burgess' Clockwork orange speak. Nice little film.

Sucker Punch - 5/10 - how someone could put so many cool elements into one movie and still make it boring is beyond me.

Die you fat cunt. I bet you're jealous members of this board wanna fuck the hooker horde in the movie and not you.

Now I know you'll retort with some shit like,"I don't care...I already got laid this week/yesterday/6 minutes ago" but none of that changes the fact that nobody here wants to sleep with you or hear your opinions on movies focused solely on hot chicks jumping through the air wearing short skirts.

Plinkett said it sucked because you find out like 10 minutes in that she's invincible in her world, making it a boring waste of time. That's good enough for me not to watch it.

OK, what Herzog film from what decade impressed you?

I thought Grizzly Man, Rescue Dawn and Bad Lieutenant were pretty good.

didn't like Rescue Dawn that much... probably because of Steve Zahn. Otherwise you have to go back to the 70's and 80's for me - Fitzcarraldo, Woyzeck, Aguirre.

I wanted to like Deadwood. I caught two episodes and gave up. I don't mind people saying fuck but it was like they discovered they could say it on a show so they couldn't stop using it, i.e., "So fuck. Fuck you man and the fucking fuck fucked up fucker horse that you fucking rode in on. Fuck."

After awhile I didn't know what the fuck they were talking about. Fuck.
