I will be spending $500 on 8 folding arm kits http://www.secraft.net/shop/step1.php?n ... 0930074900 on my next Octocopter, it will be bigger and will lift an additional 5-6kg "11 pounds plus". This one can lift at least 4-6kg along with 32000-44000 mah battery capacity giving it about 45 minutes in the air.
It will fit into a Large Garbage Can when folded up.

I can tell the plan here is to slowly build bigger and bigger until it's able to lift your body.

Once you understand the concepts of what it takes to design and build a tiny drone that flies properly it can be scaled to any size you want.
You are only really limited by money and time.

But don't take the math too literally, jeez, I was just trying to make a tongue in cheek point.
0.001% of 7,000,000,000 is 70000, right?
No, it would be .00001%

No, 0.00001% of seven billion is seven hundred.

You aren't wrong there my friend. Actually, shit, I just realised I've been typing nine zeroes instead of twelve. God, that's even worse!

I wouldn't mind math where 70,000 turns into 7,000,000 where money is concerned.

Sounds like fun. I too am kicking off my vacation, which will hopefully be spent riding my bike. Weather permitting.

I'm camping in Wales this weekend, and we're taking the bikes. First time I've ridden XC in a while. Can't wait.
