For some reason I never get to play on the red team. Not even once!!1

Watching a tournament stream on Twitch can get confusing when they spectate the red team. I keep seeing people hide behind the wrong Reinhardt shield.

Pretty awesome new skins for the anniversary event. The new 3v3 and 1v1 modes are fun as well and the new tie breaker system in those modes is a lot better than draws. What happens now is that a capture point spawns in the map and whoever takes it first (or eliminates the opposition) wins. It draws players out of hiding.

Finally Lucio has a decent skin. I'm worried that the jazz music his crossfade plays will get old quick, though.

Last game I ended up having a gold and unranked duo on my team against high diamonds and low masters, that was fun.

I went 7/10 on placement matches and didn't play for the rest of the season.

I kind of forgot about competitive with the Uprising event and all the cool Arcade modes.

New patch out yesterday, with a new map and big changes to Reaper and Roadhog. The new map is a sniper's paradise, and it's really hard to defend the first capture point because of how many options the enemy has for attacking. I expect steamrolls to be frequent in QP.

New map feels huge. It's so open. Looks really nice. First cap point is indeed relatively easy to take, but the second point is above average hard to take.

My hard drive has died on my PC and with moving it hasn't been a priority to get sorted out. When I do sort it, I'll be playing again

Big changes to the highlight feature, you can save them to your PC/console, and bookmark a match if something happens that you want to record. Also loot boxes will have drastically fewer dupes. No word on if people who bought loot boxes will see some sort of compensation, but I'm sure it's unlikely.

Doomfist looks pretty cool, I'll be curious to try him out since I suck with hitscan but would still like to play an assault hero.

I have to say, though, that it was a pretty daft move to make his regular melee attack use his non-gloved hand.
