did all the burpees in 4:30 or so, then the overhead squats i couldn't f'ing concentrate at all and boy were they sloppy and ugly. then i went to put the bar down and it slipped out of my hand, landed on my shin. ouch.. I may try this one again because I at least wanted to get all the squats in but managed 21. they are exponentially harder when you're breathing heavy!
