I'm putting together a team...

Sadly not to play, this is a Quake 3 'project' which I'm considering and I would be very interested to hear from *ANYONE* with any of the following:

- Detailed knowledge of any aspect of Q3.
- Writing and reviewing skills.
- A few hours to spare here and there, and a willingness to use it productively.
- Translation abilities (any language at all)

If you fit any of these criteria and are curious as to what on earth I'm doing, please contact me via Private Message. I'm hoping to arrange a get-together to announce the project and hopefully get some feedback.

do you know what this project is, or are you thinking of an idea?

I've got a pretty specific idea on what it is, but I'm not laying it down until I've got a few people to get together and see if it makes sense.

Hello Azer, welcome to the forums. :) Quake 3 is a game of skill where one player uses weapons to 'frag' or in other words, kill the other player, or in plural, player's'. Given enough time to practise you will improve a lot and may find yourself being asked to join clans ( teams) where players gather and 'frag' other teams to win matches. If you need any more advice, feel free to shoot me a line! Happy fragging!! :) :)

Same, but translating is best to start when sections are done, not under construction. Also how do i select the language profile to begin translating?

I don't even know what the whole deal is about. I could do more than translating. For what it's worth, I have extensive (X)HTML, Javascript, XML and CSS experience.

Well anyways, it's up. Quite a bit of content there already but not much order to it.

Feel free to contribute and improve wherever you like.

You can transfer a good portion of the BDI FAQ to the Wiki.
