AGP Aperture Size

What's the optimum setting for this value?
Should it be equal to the video card's RAM or twice that or what? :icon6:
I've got a 128MB GeForce 6600 GT and 2GB of system RAM. So a 256MB Aperture Size would be no sweat.
This is one of those settings that's been bugging me for some time.
I've found a few old articles on setting it, but they were somewhat out dated.
Anyone know the deal?
