As suggested, a copy N paste from the Quake 4 forum:
Are you tired of posting alpha's and beta's and only getting a handfull of replies, of which only a few are actually usefull? Wouldn't it be great to get some proper feedback from hardcore players, which would immediately make your map better?
Guess what, you can!
We over at http://www.leveldesign.nl have teamed up with http://www.q4euro.com What does this mean? Well Q4euro runs pick ups from there IRC channel to play maps on their private servers. Sorta like the way Promode is often played.
The beauty of this is, we sponsered them a server. This means that our members can post their alpha's and beta's [meeting certain requirements] and we will post them on Q4euro's frontpage. They will put the map on their server and arrange pick ups from the channel to get people to play the map.
The original map thread is also linked allowing the players to give feedback to the mapper. This way you are always assured of getting replies and it immediately solves Quake 4 it's lack of bots. Since Q4euro is founded by pro players you have a big chance of getting some excellent quality feedback regarding the gameplay of your maps. Plus you get a lot of publicity!
So for those of you interested, stay tuned because the server will launch the day we receive Quake 4 and the possibility of posting your maps will also be present.
