On a nicer note, i 100% do plan on getting it. Friday. Us UKers always get the shaft, and this time is the same. So, you have my money whether its good or bad, because its Quake... Stupid heh...

The way it played out was amazing, and the plot twists just blow you away.
Its one of the only games in recent years that got BETTER as you played it.

I went to BestBuy today and confirmed they did not have it. Spoke with someone there who checked the shipment, said it gets in tomorrow. So I said fuck it, and went to GameStop (had a BB gift certificate, so it would be cheaper there for me). GameStop didn't carry the SE. So I went back to BB and "preordered" the SE for tomorrow.

Quake 4 owns the hell out of Doom 3.

OMFG! I just walked all the way to EB, walk in, and realize im a fuckin' idoit. I left my pre order(paid in full) reciept here and I didn't have any ID on me. I have to go to class in a hour so now I gotta wait until tomorrow to get it. FUUUUCK!

Yea, my only complaint so far with SP is the darkness and flickering lights on the first level - even if they are supposed to be there...the damn things are going to give me a seizure here soon.
