Q4 Multiplayer review

OK this game is q3 but ontop of the doom3 engine and that makes everything a bit different. The physics are doom3, this is gonna throw q3 players off...I suggest practicing doom3 if you havent got the game yet. It looks like a better Q3 but feels like doom3 for sure.
A few weapon notices...
The Rl is allot slower
The Rail kinda similar
The Shotgun is very powerful just like the doom3 counterpart
The nail gun is wicked
The Hyperblaster is a pure spam weapon
The Lightning gun is exact to Q3...only weapon so far
Grenade launcher shorter distance but is very deadly
The Machinegun is very acurate and that zoom mode owns (better punch)
A couple of things...there will be no rocket jump
Strafe jumping is limited due to the cramp and twisting corridors...you can bound a bit but not far before you hit a corner.
Also...the gauntlet OWNs...got a few humiliations already
Game seems faster, the armor is worthless uness you get the regen powerup...plus speaking of powerups they brought back Haste/invisibility from Quake1
