That "Propaganda" song during the installation process .. it's so infuriating. What language is it in? What does it mean? Why the hell do I like it so much!??! Haven't been able to find any info about it yet =/

BG&E is one of those games, like Ico, that everyone needs to play...

Is it the same song that plays in the bar when you first go to the secret resistance HQ (xbox version)? I thought it was a made up language?

Dunno, haven't been to the HQ place yet, but a made up language would explain why I can't make any sense of it. Still a kickass song though. I also love that rastafarian rhino song. This game rocks btw.

Played it and finished it, it was a lot shorter than I expected.
It's got a tenency to crash at some awkwad points, I can't give the specifics though because it'd ruin the game for you.

Bought it for my GameCube this weekend. Only 15 euros. Not a big hit on the money bag.

yeah i had it on the 'cube originaly. but the it droped to $10(cnd) aswell as XIII so i picked 'em both up for the xbox.
Beyond is alittle smother on the xbox, and the gfx are quite abit nicer. and XIII i have nothing to compair to, but for $20 for the two of them, i feel like i robbed the place.

XIII is a fantastic game.
I have it on the PC and it's great.
2003 was a great year for Ubisoft :icon14:

Man this sucks so bad. I've gotten till the Central Hall in the Slaughterhouse. There's a part where three robots drop from the ceiling and you're supposed to smash them into the electrical barriers. When you defeat all three, they show you where one of them drops a triangle key (presumably for Double H to open the door in that area). Unfortunately, the place where the key is dropped is in that niche in the ceiling where the robots drop from, completely inaccessible from where the characters are. After trying a few different options, I decided to restart the game after patching to the latest release (1.01) just in case something got borked. So I powered through to that area and I'm getting the same problem again
Anyone of you play it on the PC? .. run into a similar problem? I googled it a bit and came across a savegame fixer that's supposed to remove the crashing bug in that same hallway (I got that too earlier). Unfortunately, it doesn't fix the key not dropping in the right place.

Just to be sure, I've checked out some walkthroughs and they all say that the robots just drop it once you destroy them.

Aye, that's the one. And there's two triangle buttons prompting the need for two triangle keys (you're supposed to give the second one to Double H). There's a square button which allows you to summon robots at will. There's a room towards the right side with a save spot and a pearl.
