This is my first time selling something on eBay.... Anything special I need to know?

It's a rather expensive leather couch with matching chairs.
My plan was to sell it all in one set, have the buyer pick it up and have him pay when he picks it up.
This is a cunning plan that can't go wrong Confirm/Deny?

i would love to ignore this like you did me because im a h0mo but i wont. if they are gonna pay you with pay pal be sure you have your account set to accept credit card payment, if that is what the seller is going to pay with. basicly you wanna set up a paypal accout and use it. plus be SURE to specifie PICK UP ONLY!!!!!
and say if there are any defects. thats what i do.
