Religious institutions to be allowed to discriminate

IMO, the bill needs to be ammended. There is no reason that institutions with a religious orientation should be allowed to discriminate against other religions. Imagine all the health care institutions that would be able to turn away skilled professionals just because they are Hindu, Jewish, etc.
