Binds don't hold

I have written the command in the cfg file to zoom, but it doesnt work. Ive used mouse 2 and also left shift.
Anyone else having trouble with this?

As in it doesn't work after you reload the game, or it just plain doesn't work?

Doesnt work at all. Couple of games ago, last night, it worked when I first started the map...once. Then it didnt work at all.
Everything else works fine, just zoom doesnt
