Hello all,

Is there a way to disable auto downloading? I do not want to download custom map or the q4max or q4x mods.

Sometimes when I click on certain servers it will place a Q4X folder in my q4base directory.

client pk4 downloads policy:
0 - never
1 - ask
2 - always (will still prompt for binary code)

so does this mean that someone got autodownload to work? even if only through the in game mechanism and not through a http redirect?
