Ive heard the announcer say this in some movies. What has to be done for him to say this?

It happends in CTF matches, when one player is about to score a point (he's close to his own flag while carrying the enemy flag) and then he's shot dead, stopping him from scoring the point.

i believe it also happens in some instagib games with a double kill

It also happens in the RA3 mod when someone frags a player with a mid air grenade.
