Quake3 mod looking for beta testers

Hi,

I'm looking for some beta testers for a quake3mod.

The mod is a quake for cash mod where you can win money playing quake3.

It is not a gambling mod if that is what you are thinking.

I should add though that you need to be over 18 to play the final version and that some US states you will not be able to play it.

The beta testing will not use real money so it will not matter then.

LIMITED USE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Limited Use Software License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you, the end-user, and Id Software, Inc. (“ID”). BY CONTINUING THE INSTALLATION OF THIS SOFTWARE (THE “SOFTWARE”), BY DOWNLOADING, LOADING OR RUNNING THE SOFTWARE, OR BY PLACING OR COPYING THE SOFTWARE ONTO YOUR COMPUTER HARD DRIVE, COMPUTER RAM OR OTHER STORAGE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

I am only responsible for the development and testing of the mod. I can say though that the legal aspects of it have been taken care of already.

The EULA applies to the game assets but not to the source since the latter has been released under the GPL which doesn't prohibit commercial exploitation. So you should be save as long as your mod uses only custom assets.
