Any DVB people here?

I'm going to set up a DVB machine using a 1.6GHz P4 with 256mb DDR. I'm wondering if this is enough to run well through software decoding with a Twinhan VisionPlus 102G card, or do I need to get a card with hardware decoding, like a Skystar 1 (NEXUS-S)?
