Damn this game is lush. The visuals own and the gamesplay is awsome and so fast...

But fuck...

Is it just me, or is anybody else finding it a bitch to control

No. It looks lush and plays smoother.

And its not just First person now, its third person melee too.

And some people find FPS games on the box easy to play. I can pla ywith with the x-box pad in games like halo etc.

But this game has so much stuff you can doo :icon32:

Forced weapons, no pickups, and usless melee..

i was kinda looking forward to this game but it's like a fucking carnival.

way too much gimmicky shit imo.

actually im really enjoying the demo, lovely GFX for a console games, i enjoy the whole, pick your weapons before a fight (however it would be nice to have some pick ups, but it kind of gives you a more person feel with your characther) and the melee is great, although it just feels like playing Jedi Knight again.

but there definantly is enough change here, which i think this genre really needs, it feels nice, fresh and clean.

cant wait to dive into the live play.


EDIT: also the individual character attacks are a blast, and the whole fatality thing (remember, this is a midway game now) is just a great humiliation, aswell as nice as balanced.

oh and its pretty easy to control, once you get used to the whole "target" thing.

pickups are kind of random and make the game not fair and kind of bland. Unless all the weapons are balanced which I havent found a game yet where they are. It becomes a contest for who ever finds the rocket launcher first. I like games where everyone gets the weapons at the start kind of like in rocket arena.

thats fine..

but, UC2 you get a very small handful of weapons and a gay melee weapon.. it blows..

what about mods? could modders fix this problem or updated patches? Doom 3 had/has a similr problem if I recall.
