Quake3World

I wanted to start playing an old version of Quake 3 its v1.16 to be exact, I was told I could play using 1.17, but I cant find any of these patches anywhere on the net. I find links for them, but the dload has been removed.
Can someone give me a working link for Quake 3 arena patch v1.16 or 1.17.

I see old friends playing this but I cant play, please help!

Or download a Q3 version switcher. They include all the different versions of quake3.exe.
