Quake3World

I have this problem....when i spectate a tourney match, i can't follow the players.?!?!?!
I should have a players view when i press mouse1...but on the screen it says "Press [/] for player view"...or something?!
I have swedish keyb. and i don't know if its mean / on an english keyb. I press ALL the keys on my keyb but i don't get player view.
Is there a command to type in the console instead?

you have to press next/previous weapon (prolly your mousewheel and therefore doesnt show up on screen)

oh thats why:) i don't have that bind, i have all guns bind on special buttons around the keyb and mouse....don't use next/previous weapons... thx

It's real handy that _impulse14 and 15 are next/previous weapon. I was looking for the command yesterday because i don't have it binded either, but nothing shows up when entering listcmds *next. Even the cvars and commands were more straightforward in Q3. :icon8: I can't get used to not typing / every time i open the console either, not being able to chat through the console (without typing say in front) and having to backspace ` every time. :icon23:

The "Press [/] to switch spectator view" or whatever it says shows in netdemos too btw. Real smart...

Probably because i use the US-International keyboard layout (to be able to easily make characters like ë é è without having to know ascii codes by heart). Q3 has the same problem but not every time i open the console.
