Do we get our icons back from Q3W or Raw-one, or do we have to get up to 1000 posts before that's enabled again?

Could it be possible to have our postcount and registration date transferred to our new accounts if they're a different name?

Yes, I can always do it manually (on a per request basis) but this is the least of my concerns right now. My main priority is getting thr 404/DNS errors fixed and some other admin issues. Once those are finished, then I need to do some hacks, and then I can start on the old data once we have this working the way we want it.
