According to our records, you have not completed your HIPAA training. HIPAA training was assigned to you over 100 days ago. University policy requires HIPAA training to be completed within 90 days. Please complete this training.
If you do not complete your HIPAA training within the next 10 calendar days, you will receive a notice of noncompliance by email.

That should take you five minutes to do, unless you're one of my coworkers and need to take an entire day off to do a few short quizzes.

You will need about 50 minutes to complete this entire course. After that, you will be asked to complete a 10-question test.
I think I have to go through the whole thing before I can take the quiz. :icon33:
