Networking problem

I have 2 computers connected to a router, #1 is with an RJ-45 cable and #2 with a wireless adapter. I have a problem sharing files between the two, I see #2 on #1 and I can connect to it, but I can't connect to #1 on #2, although I see the shared folders, their network connection is unknown and I can't connect to them. The windows firewall is off on both computer.

Yes, enabled on both computers.
