I can't help but agree with that.So... Who Wants Smasht? wrote:It happened… Only about 1/3rd of it the way they say. Regardless, it's still horrible and the fact that they exaggerate it makes them just as sick as the Nazis themselves.
With our current leaders in charge? LOL. I can't believe we haven't given them free air time on our allies' airwaves to help them do the fomenting.Freakaloin wrote:iran is doing a great job of goading the west...will the west fall into the trap? prolly...
It was hardly difficult to discover how gypsies, various political prisoners, homosexuals etc were wiped out in the camps too. The Jews were in the majority.So... Who Wants Smasht? wrote:The Semites want you to believe that they were the only ones killed in the Holocaust.
They've changed history books to read that way. That's why school books focus on the Jews instead of all the people persecuted by the Nazis.

Sure but do you want a war either way? Win or lose people die, stuff is broken and money is wasted.Freakaloin wrote:in our current state i think russia would kick our asses in a war...
The United States, Israel and the European Commission -- along with individual European countries -- have condemned the remark.Canis wrote:Check it: http://www.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/meast/12/ ... index.html

what does iraq have to do with this for starters...secondly...do something about the iranian leader making a speech? no laws have been violated moron...Ok so a question for all of you anti Iraq war guys, what would you recommend we do here? I guess you will all say nothing.
Yeah thats exactly right. He has done nothing other than exercise free speech, which is something your country supposedly holds dear.MidnightQ4 wrote: Ok so a question for all of you anti Iraq war guys, what would you recommend we do here? I guess you will all say nothing.
This would have never escalated to the point it has if we had not been publicly questioning Iran's legitimacy and threatening them for the last 2 years.MidnightQ4 wrote:The United States, Israel and the European Commission -- along with individual European countries -- have condemned the remark.Canis wrote:Check it: http://www.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/meast/12/ ... index.html

"What the Iranian president has shown us today is that he is clearly outside the international consensus, he is clearly outside international norms and international legitimacy, and in so doing he has shown the Iranian government for what it is -- a rogue regime opposed to peace and stability and a threat to all its neighboring countries," Regev said.
here we go again...

Well most americans like MidnightQ4 are gladdly giving up their rights and freedoms in the name of patriotism and security. Theres a quote there but I cant be fucked to look it up.Tormentius wrote:Yeah thats exactly right. I think if it's a lost cause, it's because Iran have already set their mind to their agenda and are not willing to work something out.R00k wrote:
What would I do? I think it's a lost cause right now, because no matter how good a plan we come up with, Bush would fuck it up by touching it.
They have done this already? Must of missed that recent news. But in a perfect world, we would make an agreement with Iran and Israel: Israel would declare its nukes, and begin disarming them; Iran would open up their nuclear power plants to allow western scientists to work in and monitor them (which Iran has already done, btw).
so wait, they do have a problem with monitoring or not? you seem to be contradicting yourself. If Israel didn't have nukes, and we weren't threatening Iran, then Iran wouldn't have a problem allowing open monitoring of their facilities.
and yet I don't see Israel saying they are going after Iran and want them moved to SiberiaIran's biggest beef is the glaring double standard when it comes to Israel and the rest of the middle east, especially Iran.
It is unfortunate that Russia is backing Iran. Otherwise I would say we do what we did with Iraq, which is wait it out, but if it comes to it we might have to remove the guys in power. If it comes to it meaning they are threatening to go to war with Israel or something then taking preemptive action is probalby the best way to avoid an even larger conflict if we wait for them to attack on their terms. Obviously this guy is all about this religious destiny crap, so who knows what he is capable of. Even his own people think he is out of control and talk about the need to restrain him. What would you do? Go to war against Iran and Russia?
