texas to release drug offenders and laxen drug laws...weeeee

seems money rules over the moral strain of fagoty laws we have here in texas. in order to save money texas will be releasing many non violent drug offenders from prisons soon. also they are working on making it so if u get busted with 2 oz or less u only get a fine...no jail time...
there is a satan after all?

10 years ago or so texas spent about 1 billion on prisons...now we are spending 6 billion...they can' justify this anymore when this shit takes away from important stuff like school funding and roads...
