i think im going to keep it cool and get a 6600GT, just need something to plod along with for the time being

I'm downloading 5 torrents, burning a DVD, watching a movie and chatting on the net. It's not like my last PC couldn't do that, but this one makes it all look prettier.

I usually use headphones, but my new motherboard has 8.1 surround built on. So I went out and got the el-cheapO creative 5.1 speaker set to add to my existing Altec dual speaker/sub combo, just to try it out. I hooked the Altec set up to the front input and the Creative set to the center, middle and rear inputs. Let me tell you, gaming in 8.1 is pretty damn cool.
