What Is the weirdest or wildest or even ‘’innovative’’ type of food you ever tried and do you like it?

For me it is ‘’Jaw’’ a shark steak that had the skin as thick as leather and sword-fish, both super good. As for ‘’innovative’’ well, I don’t know if you ever seen this before but I like to experience with food so. I like to fry a hamburger steak with a whole in the middle, shaped as a big flat doughnut and then when almost all cooked I put an egg or two in the whole. Super

As i already have told you, Chicken feet, and i didn't really like it .

In Montreal we have an insectarium, it's like a zoo for insects and all sort of bugs. Every year there is a tasting from prolifics chief cooks who cooked or fry all these bugs in different ways, some with a sauce, worms sautee, or even cockroaches diped in chocolate. Ever tried those?
