Security Cameras?

Hey guys! I knew it was possible in doom 3 (and I used it a few times), But is it possible to make security cameras in Q4? Just stationary ones not controllable, and I want it displayed on a jumbotron of sorts
I tried following the d3 tut, and it didn't work, I think it's more the fact that somthing changed and I don't know how to fix it...
