Quake 4 headset question.

When I had the demo on my computer I saw a speakerphone in the scoreboard next to everyones name, my brother has the full one on his computer but it doesnt show any controls to turn it on or off so how do you use voice chat in quake 4?

I agree. I couldn't find the controls anywhere. I want to use voice chat as well...

Well, as far as i can tell, you cant.
It looks like its left over from the xbox 360 version. The two were made side by side, and it looks like the PC versions voice chat was scrapped at some point... Not very wise...

er... that's merely an indicator of whether or not you have someone’s (text) chat muted. Which you can do in the Esc menu...

With a volume sign? Thats the exact same icon used for chat on the 360...?
