before i found a few 100 servers but now i find 2200!!!

You probably don't have the map. Here's everything you need if you don't have it already.

Any other maps you don't have, try Googling the filename. You should be able to find it. When you download the map put it in
...\Quake III Arena\baseq3

When you join a game you may be forced to spectate until PunkBuster updates. Here's some info about PB.

The server you tried to join was running an older version of Q3. In The All-Seeing Eye you can filter out any servers that don't use 1.32.
