i use to like seinfeld a lot but i find CYE a lot better than seinfeld. seinfeld got way too predictable for my tastes and the characters got increasingly annoying year after year IMO. george was annoying at times as was kramer and elaine. in general i liked the characters in Seinfeld, but at times it was a bit too much. the characters got too one-dimensional. i also didnt like any of the parents in any episode.R00k wrote:Wow, I've never met anyone who liked that show.Chupacabra wrote:Not really. im not too sure why im going on about seinfeld when i mean to talk about CYE. the point of the matter is that i liked seinfeld. the type of humour that was in seinfeld was awesome. its the same type of humour in CYE but its a little bit more down played and subtle which i like.
in other words, i think CYE is just like seinfeld except less annoying and more subtle.
anyway, what episodes have you seen? you should try watching Season 4 if you havent. it starts off somewhat slow but gets pretty hilarious IMO.
if youre not up for watching a season, try watching an episode called Crazy Eyez Killa from season 3 if you can get your hands on it.

Well I only saw most of 3 episodes, but the humor just didn't do it for me.
I suppose I could have just hit bad shows (I think they were all from the first season, as I had no interest in it after that), but it was so dry Larry David was so angry and defensive (and mildly retarded it seemed to me), it kinda turned me off.
