MY COUNTER STRIKE WONT WORK

Not really, actually I was trying to forward ports on my router and I didn't know what I was doing. I didn't know what a dmz was so I turned it on and now I can't go back to configure my router. How would I go about disabling the dmz so I can go back and configure it?
