HDD Seeking Sound?

I've kind of gotten used to it, but... I got a Seagate 160GB and a Hitachi 250GB installed at the same time and since then I've noticed one of the drives - not sure which - is randomly seeking when my computer is idling.
I ran a diagnostics tool off the Seagate CD and after a full scan of both drives nothing came up abnormal.
It's a barely noticeable sound and the Hdd activity light doesn't light. I also have a hdd coolor attached to both drives (twin fan configurations).
Without any loss in my computer's performace I'm curious whether I should worry about this or not.
