See that glitchy bar running vertically through the screen? Every once in a while that will appear while I'm surfing the net and have a game running in the background. It appears when I'm scrolling down a page. Would that be a problem with the game, my card, my computer, what?

It doesn't happen very often, and only when I'm playing a game. It's not limited to just Firefox, either. It happens with other programs that are open when I'm in the game, and also it happens to the taskbar if a mouseover popup comes up occasionally.

The card is an ATI Radeon 128MB x300 SE PCIe

does it happen if you Use Internet Exploder?

I haven't tried, but like I said, it happens with other things, like another program, or Thunderbird, or even the taskbar sometimes glitches.

Yeah, it's really fucked. It only happens when I'm playing a game and alt-tab, though.

what rez are you running the Game VS what rez you are runnin your desktop?

and what games?

Same rez (1280x1024), and I just City of Heroes. Doesn't matter if I play the game in windowed mode or not.
