weird start menu bug

sometimes after running some apps my start menu fucks up and instead of programs theres a big black rectangle. whats the deal?

my GUI was like that for like 2 years, never had a problem before now.

Right, but it means we can't provide answers becuase it's custom. The first thing to look at is going to be that skin since it's the most obvious non-standard thing you're doing.
