Thursday - massive snowstorm; buses cancelled, -5 degrees Celsius

Thursday night - severe thunderstorm and torrential downpours; 8 degrees Celsius

Friday - -10 with freezing conditions

But I will say this. 30f in Texas feels much colder than 30f in Colorado because of the humidity. I've lived in both places and the cold here cuts right to the bone.

Did it just suddenly drop on you, too? It had been hovering around 0°C for the past week and then it just plummeted yesterday. I wasn't prepared at all until I walked outside. Apparently tomorrow is supposed to be even colder... :icon32:

we got hit tuesday night. -33c no wind. then more of the same since with some wind picking up last night. supposed to go back up to lows of -10 or so in a few days.

can't complain though. only had one day below -30 before tuesday. no forty below days this year(yet). good times.
