Problems with my Sony Walkman and SonicStage

Heres the email I sent Sony earlier today.
Yesterday as I was removing old tracks off my my walkman and adding new ones sonic stage unexpectedly crashed.

Now since then whenever I try to add tracks to my walkman the program flips out and repeatedly shows the windows seen in the screenshot i've attached.

I've tried unistalling sonic stage, i've tried uninstalling sonic stage and deleting the files it leaves behind, I've tried manually deleting the files that are on my walkman off. However none of these things have stopped this error from occurring.

Please tell me how to stop this, because other wise i'm stuck with a 130 pound paper weight that isn't even a month old.
And heres the screenshot.

As you can guess i'm really pissed off about this and Sonys shitty software in general.

Please help me.

Have you tried removing it from your ass? One of your dolls' heads might be pushing one of the buttons.

sony must be doing something incredibly wrong, cause when I was looking for an mp3 player that little contraption never even showed up in any of my online or in store searches.

they are seriously slacking in the advertisement department.

I don't think it's out in the US yet.

EDIT: And FragaGeddon, it didn't work.

I thought that was MP3 capatable.
Why would it transfer to atrac format, or whatever the fuck it is.

i was looking forward to those being released on this side of the pond. i find the sony walkmen products to be hit or miss. my minidisc players still work wonders by my cd player went for bust after only having it a year or so. i dont abuse my stuff either.

It's a great player. Much better than an ipod and it's very sexy. It's just the software that occassionally lets it down but it's getting better with each verion.

No it is better in both technical, asthetic and price areas.
