Actually no, retaining a lawyer isn't a problem...was actually hoping that Riddla would clean up his act and then just let this all blow over.

How ever that doesn't seem to be the case...or ever will be the case.

As for id...they have never contacted me about any thing, and they most certainly know my personal info or can get a hold of it.

If they requested the removal of some thing, I would comply...simple enough...you on the other hand, have been asked...have been told...but yet you still continue.

Also there was no two files alike with any thing contained in the retail resources.

Also the files where originally stored on a private server...not here...not any where else, hence not public domain.
