Neither are for the 1.1 beta release of Quake 4.
XBattle now contains a "water" ability as well as ClanArena, Instagib and OSP style coaching (apparently). Q4Max has some natty XML stat output, it seems, although I've yet to generate any client-side, as well as something purporting to be Capturestrike, but I'm not sure if it works 'cause the one time I tried it, I spawned with only a machinegun and then my game DLL crashed.
