undercover bandwidth limiter :o)

Im living in a house with 3 housemates sharing the same wireless connection. They are all girls who barely use inet, except msn and stuff. I mostly have nice steady pings and download speeds, but sometimes it all gets very high ;[
anyways is there some proggy that lets me limit their bandwidth, per ip or per program? Preferably so they wont notice it.

If they're just using it for net access and MSN, there might be something on their PCs causing extra traffixc. Spyware and all that. Ask them if you can take a look.
