What to do about it?

I have a brother, 16 soon to turn 17. I never really see him do much besides hang with his girlfriend and go to some car forum. He has always gave me a hardtime since I can remember by smashing my stuff like legos and n64 games when I was little, stealing and just being mean. He still does and recently he's stolen like 50$ from me and I always have to hide my money in fear of losing it. I lost 10$ that I left on a counter which I think he took because when I walked back out there it was gone. He almost broke my door down because I was making fun of him for such a loser he is. I was considering just smashing his face in with the butt of a paintball gun but I never really tried to fight him before as I just try to avoid these certain things. But enough is enough, does he just need a good ass kicking to next year or can I do something more rational and civil?

Apparently you haven't smashed him in the face enough while growing up, that's why he's still such a cunt.

If you are over 18 you should move out. ASAP.

I know it sounds like bad advice, but get drunk and roll a joint with him. I'm a 100% serious, man has been drinking to strengthen relationships since we discovered alcohol. It works today too.
And don't be a pussy and let him walk all over you, confront about all of it. Don't go overboard about kicking his ass though, you'll regret when you're hanging out with him in a few years.

Is he your younger brother? Because the way you talk about him (smashing your toys, giving you a hard time), it sounds like he's your older brother.
Are you a pacifist, or afraid of confrontation? You need to confront him about it, every time he does something like that.
It sounds to me like you're scared of him -- as long as you are, and he knows it, then don't expect anything to change...

Flatten the cunt, it works like a charm when you want to stop people annoying you.

Ahh, so he is your older brother.
Being the older brother myself, unfortunately I'd say there's not a damn thing you can do about it, you whiny little baby. Go on, take a swing! What are you gonna do, tell mommy?

Tell him how it makes you feel when he does such mean things to you.

I'm 15, he's 16. He gives everyone a hard time though. Hence the reason why I never see him with anyone besides one person.

Is he much bigger than you?
Any real advice on your problem is more than likely going to come to physical confrontation, from the way your brother sounds.
And that's not a bad thing necessarily, as long as you let him know exactly why you're pissed and how he makes you feel when he treats you like shit.

If he's seriously stealing your money, then your parents should be beating the shit out of him for it.
If they aren't, just lock it in a safe, and look forward to the day you can move out.

Be sure to tell him in the form of
"When you do..."
"It makes me feel..."
"Because..."
This will allow you to communicate your feelings better to him.
