I'm trying to get back on my old xbox based live account as it's about to run out for the first time in 12 months.

However I need to enter the last 4 didgets of my old cc number which has since been replaced and forgotten.

How else can i recover my account?

I can't get past stage 3, it says the following bla bla is incorrect but then it doesnt list anything.

NM phoned their help line and got them to tell me my old 4 diget code.
