Problems installing quake.

Hi, everyone over there i just downloaded a zip file of quake 3 from the following url .URL
http://61.138.3.117/game/quake/QuakeIII ... ip,however when i try to run the application file , all i get is a blank white screen.
My system setup is as follows: intel P4. 2.8GHZ HT,512MB RAM, A.T.I X800XL with the latest catalyst drivers, with a soundblaster Live 24Bit soundcard.
can anyone find me a solution.

i am downloading the following file from this linkhttp://61.138.3.117/game/quake/osp-Quake3-1.01_full.exe
what am wondering will it be able to help me fix the demo version to the full version.
And by the way why can't the demo version run on my computer.

That's a mod (modification of Q3) called OSP.
It doesn't turn the demo version into a full version; you need the full version to run OSP.
