So I got a free hp printer and the driver cd today. I installed the drivers then I went to uninstall them since they took up too much space and the printer sucked. To my surprise I can't delete any of it. There is no uninstall exe and I can't delete it manually even though I ended the processes in the task manager. Wtf is going on?

Hardware drivers are typically a few data files and a .inf file. You remove them by going into device manager, selecting the printer, and finding 'Uninstall Driver'. Windows never really deletes them, but they are uninstalled to all purposes.
I'm convinced you're talking about an Application, not a driver.
