this needs to be resized so it isnt pixelelated in the header.



You could also perhaps make the images greytones rather than full color to make the " Leveldesign.nl..." stand out a bit more.That way the graphics would work with the black, white and grey color scheme you have

Also the letters in the header seem too close together makeing the header difficult to read. Perhaps opening up the words a bit or maybe rethinking your typeface choice ( ALLCAPS is hard to read when they are bunched up, maybe normal capitilazation would be better? )

Although I think in this circumstance just spreading out the logo a bit may be all you really need

Yeah, the banner is all pixelated. It's also too busy.

The general design also seems too busy, IMO. Thats just me against pretty much all php nuke sites though. I just like simple navigation, where everything is where you expect it to be.

Despite that, the real reason I don't post there is because I post here.

1. I have no interest in mapping.
2. The site looks very ugly, people already mentioned why.

Visually it's just too much. You banner is large, complex, it has a ton of different colors and has a lot of shit going on in it thats very distracting. This issue with the banner really contributes to the feeling of the site being much more busy than it actually is.

Honestly I think if you could come up with a clean, simple banner that doesnt take up 1/3rd of the screen it would do wonders for your site's visual appeal.

That thing under the banner which relays forum posts to the main page also contributes to the 'busyness' of the site.

Basically I show up and I dont know where to look, my eyes are drawn everywhere at once.

New theme with a much cleaner and calmer appeal.
